Terms, Privacy & Refunds

Plain-language version: we generate marketing copy and a page snippet for you; you can use it in your own store; if it doesn't work for you, ask for a refund within 14 days. We don't collect your customers' data.

1. Terms of Service

What you're buying. BFCMKit is a one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited generation of the following assets: a Black Friday countdown page snippet (HTML/CSS/JS), a seven-email sequence, three SMS drafts, and a three-week launch plan.

Licence. On payment you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, edit and publish the generated output for your own business or for a client's business. You may not resell, redistribute or sublicense the templates themselves as a product, and you may not operate a competing generator using this output.

What we don't promise. These assets are marketing templates. We make no guarantee of revenue, conversion rate, open rate, deliverability, search ranking or advertising performance. Results depend on your list, your product and your pricing.

Compliance is your responsibility. Email and SMS marketing is regulated differently in every jurisdiction (for example consent requirements, quiet hours, and opt-out rules). The SMS drafts include an opt-out line, but you are responsible for obtaining consent and for complying with the rules that apply to your customers. BFCMKit is not a legal or compliance service and does not provide legal advice.

Your content. You are responsible for the accuracy of the store name, offer and product claims you enter, and for any claims you publish.

Availability. The generator runs in your browser. We aim to keep the site online but do not warrant uninterrupted availability. Because generation happens locally, you keep working even if the site is temporarily unreachable.

Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to this agreement is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost sales.

Payment processing. Payments are processed by our merchant of record. Their name appears on your receipt and they handle applicable sales taxes and VAT.

Changes. We may update these terms. Material changes apply to purchases made after the update date.

2. Privacy Policy

What we collect. Almost nothing.

• No account. There is no signup, no password and no profile.
• Generator input stays in your browser. The store name, category, offer and tone you type are processed locally in your browser. They are not transmitted to us.
• Local storage. We store a single counter in your browser to track your free run. It never leaves your device and can be cleared at any time.
• Payment data. Card details are entered on our merchant of record's checkout and are never seen by us. We receive only the order confirmation, the email address you provided and the amount paid.
• Email. If you email support, we keep that correspondence to answer you.

What we don't do. We do not sell, rent or share personal data. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not collect your customers' data, because the product never touches your store.

Hosting. The site is served by a static hosting provider that processes standard request logs (IP address, user agent) for security and abuse prevention.

Your rights. Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data we hold (typically just an order email). Write to support@bfcmkit.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Children. The product is intended for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 16.

3. Refund Policy

14 days, no questions asked. If the kit doesn't fit your store, email support@bfcmkit.com within 14 days of purchase, from the address on your receipt. We refund the full amount to your original payment method. No form, no survey, no retention offer.

Digital goods note. Because the product is delivered instantly, some jurisdictions exclude digital goods from statutory withdrawal rights. Our 14-day policy applies regardless and is offered voluntarily.

Chargebacks. If something went wrong, please email us first. We would rather refund you directly than have you go through a chargeback.
